Despite this unique combination, there are plenty of games out there that are similar to Fall Guys. None are exactly like the popular game of the summer, but they all pull elements that could scratch a particular itch for players. From platforming to mini-games and physics-based fun, there are plenty of games like Fall Guys people can try.
Updated June 24, 2022 by Chris Birsner: Fall Guys has been out for nearly two years now, bringing with it six seasons of silly platforming, ridiculous team challenges, and all around fun.The success of the game led to the game’s studio being acquired by Epic Games, shifting the focus to having the game become more accessible for people who would like to play cross-platform. Now, the game has gone completely free-to-play and has been released on systems like Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X/S. Those who enjoy their time with the game will likely put plenty of hours into it, but there is also still a large assortment of titles to play if players want a game like Fall Guys that isn’t quite the popular battle royale.
20 Overcooked 2
Building on the foundation of its charming predecessor from 2016, Team17 has again served up a winner with this even meatier sequel. Overcooked 2 sticks to the enjoyable formula – frenzied co-op gameplay that has chefs working together as they race against the clock to whip up delectable dishes.

At the same time, gameplay additions and refinements – such as a handy new throwing mechanic – bring an added appeal to this robust follow-up, drawing Overcooked vets and newcomers alike. A slew of new chefs, more dynamic stages, and trickier recipes flesh out this fun, family-friendly party romp.
Meanwhile, the game’s addictive online mode adds even more replay value, inspiring marathon sessions of virtual cooking.
19 Pikuniku
Devolver Digital has a strong line-up of games they have published. Fall Guys isn’t the only game by them that involves platforming and adorable characters. Pikuniku is a puzzle-adventure game where players are Piku, a creature who lives in a cave who travels to a nearby village.
The village traps Piku in a cage because they think he is a monster. But after fixing up their bridge, Piku begins to be liked by the citizens, who ask for his help in defeating Mr. Sunshine, a greedy man who wants to steal natural resources for money. The game can be played cooperatively as well.
18 It Takes Two
Fall Guys pits players against each other, but why not work together? If two people want an exhilarating adventure where they work together across platforming and puzzle-solving sections, It Takes Two is a great game to try.
It Takes Two revolves around Cody and May, a couple that is on the verge of divorce. After their daughter wishes that a love doctor helped save their marriage, the two are transformed into dolls and are tasked with navigating their property in these miniature forms. Along the way, there is a lot of hilarious dialogue with some household objects and even some squirrels that live in their tree.
17 Among Us
The bean-shaped characters of Fall Guys are very unique, but there are games that also use similarly silly player designs as its appeal. Take Among Us as a prime example. As very round astronauts, four to ten players must work together to prepare their spaceship for takeoff.
However, there is at least one astronaut in the mix that is hellbent on killing everyone before they are successful. The imposter can frame other players, sneak through secret tunnels, and blend in before they strike. Among Us is perfect for party situations.
16 Stick Fight
What’s the opposite of a bean? How about sticks? Stick Fight is true to its name. It’s a fighting game that pits up to four stick figure players against each other in a physics-based combat system. With over 100 different levels, each fight takes place on a random stage with specific weapons dropping for players to pick up.

Each battle is short, so a new stage will generate every time one stick figure is left standing. There’s also a level editor where players can create their own battleground and share it with the world.
15 Totally Accurate Battlegrounds
Compared to many other popular multiplayer games, Fall Guys isn’t meant to be taken very seriously as it is mostly a lot of silly fun. Another battle royale that embraces silly, ridiculous mechanics is Totally Accurate Battlegrounds.
Combining a battle royale game with a physics-based platformer, this title will determine who will truly be the last individual standing. Totally Accurate Battlegrounds is a predecessor of Totally Accurate Battle Simulator and a parody of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
14 Fortnite
On the subject of battle royales, no game has taken the world by storm quite like Fortnite. Although the title has dipped in popularity since its initial rise, it still provides a fun and unique experience.
The battle royale mode works like many others, as 100 players land in a shrinking map and must collect resources. The gimmick of Fortnite, however, involves being able to construct structures at a rapid pace to create shelter or prevent players from advancing. The game can be played alone or with allies.
13 Pummel Party
Back to the party genre front, knocking out people is the premise of Pummel Party. In the game’s main board mode, the goal is for players to move around the board and collect items and weapons that will help them progress through the board and the mini-games.
All the while, players need to target each other and knock each other out by using these tools of destruction. Mini-games vary from straight-up knockout rounds to buried treasure hunts. Up to eight players can play at once, but the game can be played with bots as well.
12 PICO PARK
While Fall Guys is known mainly for platforming, there are also team levels where players must work together to survive whatever challenges they are faced with. The energy of trying to survive these rounds is similar to trying to work together in PICO PARK.
This local and online co-op game can be played with up to eight players across 48 different levels. The ultimate goal for each level is to get all the keys and unlock the goal at the end. If players want to turn on each other, there is also a Battle Mode that uses some of the same mechanics.
11 Soviet Jump Game
Another not-as-popular battle royale game that may appeal to Fall Guys fans, Soviet Jump Game, developed by Fantastic Passion and published by Game Grumps, is an indie platformer that doubles as a battle royale.
50 “comrades” scatter throughout a large 2D level. Players must collect power-ups in order to survive attacks and take out players on their own. The round will last until two people remain, then a fight to the death occurs in a small 2D arena. The game is perfect for those who want a more laid back yet exciting battle royale experience.
10 Golf With Your Friends
Mini-golf can be equally as fun and just as frustrating as Fall Guys, and Golf With Your Friends is the perfect game that encompasses that. Up to 12 friends can come together and play a round of golf on any of the themed courses the game has.

There are also custom courses in Golf With Your Friends that players can create on their own or download online. The game also features different game modes like in Fall Guys. Instead of regular mini-golf, there’s also basketball and hockey modes on the golf courses.
9 Move Or Die
Even though it is only a four-player party game, Move or Die has nearly all the chaotic energy that a typical Fall Guys session harbors. This is thanks to the format of the game having quick rounds where players need to move at almost all costs.
Each round is 20 seconds long and places characters in a stage with a specific prompt, such as covering the stage in a specific color or being the last one standing after a lot of projectiles or weapons are thrown at the group. There are also plenty of ways that players can customize their characters, with so many skins to choose from.
8 BattleBlock Theater
While it may lack the third dimension and the craziness of 60-player showdowns, The Behemoth’s BattleBlock Theater feels like a spiritual predecessor to Fall Guys in many ways. Cartoony platforming wackiness? Check. Fast-paced, competitive face-offs? Yep! Ultra-addictive gameplay that’s easy to get into and tough to master? Check that one too.
Whether online or local, BattleBlock offers a solid foundation for countless hours of pure, unadulterated multiplayer fun. A slew of unique game modes – such as King of the Hill and the Splatoon-esque Color The World – ensure there will rarely be a dull moment to be had in this colorful party game.
7 Super Animal Royale
Those who like the idea of an atypical battle royale may want to check out Super Animal Royale. This game might have a cute art style but it is just as deadly as any of the other major battle royales out there.
This is a top-down battle royale where players take on the role of an animal as they fight 63 other competitors to survive the safari park and be the last creature standing. Unlike other battle royale games, Super Animal Royale also has some lore that players who take the time to chat with NPCs on the map can learn quite a bit about.
6 Survival Quiz City
What if Fall Guys was a quiz show? That is the bare-bones explanation of what Survival Quiz City is. From Bandai Namco, this game challenges players to use their minds in a series of quizzes to be the last person standing. People who get a question wrong won’t automatically be out, but they will have to go through a gauntlet.
Losers have to run through an obstacle course that is very deadly, with the hope that they can make it to the end to survive. Meanwhile, players who get the question right can use tools provided to them to take out losers as they are running along the obstacle course. It is yet another chaotic battle royale as the last one standing wins.
5 Apex Legends
Respawn Entertainment’s surprise hit has seen its share of ups and downs since its breakout launch in February 2019. Yet, the studio has managed to step up to the plate and bring much of its audience back, with its stream of updates, refinements, and enticing additions. This constant flow of alterations, coupled with the game’s dynamic nature, gives Apex Legends a sense of fluidity that offers a unique experience each time players lock and load.

Apex’s blend of intense BR rulesets and hero-based FPS gameplay round out a competitive experience that’s thrilling and appealing. Like Fall Guys, the game is tough to put down, as players yearn to be the last one standing in this massive skirmish. A range of Legends and satisfying weapons – along with rotating challenges and cosmetic rewards – keep fans coming back for more action.
4 Phantom Abyss
What if Fall Guys had randomly-generated levels that players only got to see once and will never experience again? That is the idea behind Phantom Abyss. The asynchronous multiplayer experience has players exploring a temple with the goal of finding relics.
Along the way, there are numerous traps and wide gaps that are meant to cut a player’s time off in the level. Dying once will kick the player out of the temple to never return. The moment an individual claims a relic on a particular map, that temple will no longer exist and that player will have the only relic unique to that temple.
3 Human Fall Flat
For the physics-based platforming crowd, Human Fall Flat is perfect for players that enjoy goofy parkour and puzzle-solving. Players take on the roles of blobby creatures looking to go from one end of a level to another. Along the way, each level presents challenges that players need to work together to solve.
Levels range from being short and sweet to taking nearly a half hour to complete, especially if only one player is doing them. The game has the hilarity of Fall Guys without the competition.
2 Ultimate Chicken Horse
Building structures is also the main element of Ultimate Chicken Horse, but this time it’s to get to the goal in a platforming level. The 2D-style game for up to four players tasks each of them with adding parts to a platforming level. Together, the group will build an obstacle course that will be so hard to get through that only a few may be successful.
Players are rewarded if they are able to finish and their friends can’t. Along with playing as silly animal characters, this game mixes the cute aesthetic with complicated platforming that Fall Guys holds dear to its gameplay.
1 Gang Beasts
Want another derpy game that pits silly creatures against each other? Gang Beasts fits like a glove. While not a battle royale, the fighting game uses blobby creatures similar to Human Fall Flat and pits them against each other in a series of knockout matches.
The game adds to the ridiculousness of the gameplay by setting battles up in absurd places like on top of trucks and on a Ferris Wheel. Users can choose to play with friends or random individuals. If players are struggling with Fall Guys, Gang Beasts is a perfect place to let off some steam in a hilarious way.
